The restaurant activity is addressed above all to the guests of « Il Noceto »; other customers are accepted in a limited number and only on booking.
The menu is typical of the region and of the Nebrodi area. Some food, as vegetables and cheese and dried fruit are home-grown and organic.
The first course is often home-made pasta, served with a sauce made with our farm products; meat comes from local animals of the Nebrodi area; fresh fruit is from Etna cultivations: peaches come from Moio, strawberries from Maletto.
